Office 2010 Word files diappearing
Wondering if anyone has had any clients with this issue.
Make a file in word and then save it to a folder.
Close word and go to open the file and it isn't there.
Seems not to matter where the file is saved.
You can see a tmp link to it in Recent but that link says cannot find when clicked.

This is the issue in a nutshell with various other details but it always amounts to the same. File disappears after it is saved.
Have tried repair word
Uninstall office and re install office
Format drive and re install fresh
(This gave a few weeks where the docs remained.)
Then it began again.
I know the above story is 2007 but 2010 does it as well.
Seems this is a known problem by some yet there is no
permanent solution.
As a work around we are using livedrive to sync it and then hopefully it wont disappear.
Side note is that it sometimes does delete it off a USB stick as well.
Now I say delete because it disappears yet a tmp link can remain which doesn't work. SO I dont know that "delete" is the right qworkd
I have searched a lot and there doesn't seem to be a fix.
