Working for a retail chain that has a tech bench in each store. I have seen my fair share of idiotic and boneheaded users. One alway comes to mind when people ask about my job. This clown is a law student a local college. He has an IBM desktop, a miniture copy machine that never works right for him, but of course the minute we take a look at it nothing is wrong. When we started work on his computer he would call use and refer to it as his "mainframe" and no amount of explanation could change his mind on the terminalogy. When we finished work that first time he came to pickup his computer and went absolutly nuts that we had even moved his tower with out a "travel disk" in the floppy drive. And that if the drive was broken he would sue the company and the tech. Turns out that he thought you needed to put a floppy disk in the drive to even pickup and move the tower. Since then, over the past year this guy comes up with some new reason every month or so to bring his computer in. Still spouting off about his mainframe and travel disks. He even goes so far as to walk back into the employee only area if we do not come out to help him fast enough of if its not a tech who comes to help him.
