Hi, I support the several departments of a medium sized hospital. Our IT department has an office that can be only accessed by 'swiping' a card through a reader. If you're high enough level you can get in, otherwise.....So i'm setting up a high end laptop (dvd, maxed out it every way) i tell the user that it will be ready thursday, and wed. it isn't done being set up. so i come in at 8pm to work on it, and IT'S gone!! Half knowing where it was, i called the user at home (he can get into our room, clue to his user level!!) Him: 'oh, yeh, it was sitting there so i thought i'd take it and bring it back before you got in in the morning' OK, i'm mildly pissed, but no big deal. Then, flipping through my incident file--->the real pisser: He had called the help desk because it 'wasn't properly setup' I almost laughed till i realized how insulting it was!! RUDE!
