Good, I DL'd the RC1 and it checked CRC OK on the ISO and on the CD I burned. So, stupidly, I deleted it (I needed the disk space on this machine, and I *thought* I had a good copy.) So, I can install it as an upgrade on a Win9X system, but if I try to boot from the CD and install, I get the same error every single time, about 95% through the install (after 3 reboots, while it's setting up hardware.) I got this on 5 unique systems before I gave up. So, I'll be glad to have RC2 anyway <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Do you leak any fluids, do you have any bumps on your rear, do you have any unpleasant odors?
If you answered yes to any of these then you are not qualified to own a new AMD ATHLON XP.
If someone ask you if you are running the all-new fastest AMD ATHLON XP, just turn around and reply "WHY YES, AND ITS CERTIFIED"
