    Post HWINFO

    Downloaded this proggy today after seeing it mentioned on WD many times recently. Was very impressed with its reporting abilities, however, it got several things wrong on my system;

    1) It gave my video memory size as 16MB, when my card is a 32MB.

    2) It gave my +12v rail voltage reading as being 5.41volts, which was +12v when checked with a multimeter.

    Ok, so not really major complaints but i was wondering if this was an isolated incident or whether others had been given incorrect information by HWINFO. Oh, the release date of my version is 4th October 2001.

    I have been using HWINFO for more than two years.
    I like the DOS Version, Just load from a floppy.
    It gives vry Accurate and Reliable information.
    I have been using it plenty in the Jolly days of NT (You know, almost Zero PNP).
    Like I said it is a must have in your toolbox.

    For BURN IN I recommend on AMIDIAG.

    Cheers,
    Gabriel
