Password Protection
Need some help here if possible.
I have a client who's staff look at his e-mail when he is out. The problem is that he does quotes which they DO have to look at, but they are nosy.
Does anyone know of a prog that will password protect Outlook , even when it is running but minimized.Alternatively, he could shut it down and then the password would be needed when staff open it.
Your assistance is muchly appreciated.

Please Clarify your question
It is Written BAD.
As far as I understand your question, you want poeple to look inside One person's Inbox.
You can Achive it very easily by working in Exchange/Outlook Environment.
Just Define Permissions.
Please Rephrase your Post because I really want to help you.

Apologies.
Client gets called out often, and leaves his laptop going.Outlook and his quote system is open so staff can view both.He wants to be able to close Outlook so, when it's re-opened, a password is required.
Hope this clarifys.

I just make sure when I set up the mail account, in outlook, that I never check the remember password box. Then tell him that if he goes away from his system he should close Outlook.
This keeps my girlfriend from snooping in my emails.
Hope that helps.

You could setup his exchange client to deliver to a PST (Preferably on his home directory or backed up network location), then set a password to the PST, and leave unchecked the "remember password", as stated above. If he likes to see these emails when he is offline, you will need to store the PST locally. Don’t use any OST’s (offline folders).
Ideally, if he has a problem with this, He should raise a complaint to the HR department, and request a group PC for all of those jokers to use. He could then use a screen saver password on the laptop, or you could install NT or 2K and have him lock the station.
The easiest thing would be to have him log off every time he leaves his office.
