Rockwell Riptide 56K HCF combo Drivers for NT4

Hi Techs of the world <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I have a friend with HP pavilion 4458 (yes I told him it sux..)

He's insalling NT4 on it but can't find the drivers for his combo Modem/Soundcard.

As far as I could tell it's a Rockwell Riptide 56K HCF Combo Modem/Sound. card PCI..


I've looked in HP site they only havea driver for Win98 and Win2k..

I researched it a little to find that the win98 driver requires tweaking (disabling and playing with some files and ASD) to work in ME.

and I also found the instructions on how to get this sucker to work in Win2k .. http://808hi.com/56k/hcfhp.htm


but the one thing I couldn't find is WIndows NT 4 driver..


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You said that you have found 98/2k drivers for it on HP's site. I have found some drivers over on HP's site that do not list what OS they are for (gather that they must be for all) HERE. These may be the ones that you have found already, if so then these are allI could find as well.
