one, try sp6a, it might help.
two could be memory addressing conflict,
three, could be bad ram.
four, never uninstall something that was working before you changed anything (example: uninstalled ie after installing ez cd creator) always work from the last known working situation, it helps keep the headaches away.
prob gonna have to format to fix this one...
