A***OL*
I have a friend using AOL (6. I think) to collect her email, but any mail I send her using Outlook Express appears blank at her end..
She can read who its from, but the message text appears blank. She lives a long way away so I have no access to her machine.
Anyone know of a likely cure, apart from scrubbing AOL that is,
Appreciate any help on this one, she thinks I'm ignoring her.

Get her to setup a Hotmail or similar account so she can then recieve your mails. That is the easiest way apart from getting rid of the dreaded 'virus'

Jpbtennisman,
Sent in text only. Tried adding stationary, and she saw that, but still no text!
I was hoping it was a known issue and easily resolved!!!! But thanks both for your replies. Darren's solution is probably the easiest way round this.

Maybe you're sending them with some wierd font or something?......Try sending her email from a web-based mail service (yahoo, hotmail, etc)

Thanks bad_mojo,
Tried a few different fonts, all standard but still no luck. She can receive other mail and others can see my mail. Just crappy AOL I think.
Sent some via hotmail like you suggest and no problems.
Thanks all again.

I have noticed that in Lotus Notes sometimes I get blank e-mails with an att.htm attachment, and the e-mail content is in the att.htm.
Not sure why thats happening but check and see if thats the G.O. :-)
