Ok, this one has me. I have built a few AMD Athlon T-Bird systems and everyone of them has this problem. At Windows startup, right before it plays the startup sound, the system will either lock up or reboot. This happens about every 1 out of 3-4 times. I have tried differnet brands of every component in the system with no change. Has anyone experianced this problem? What are some recommened system configurations? This is driving me nuts!
