Angry Vertical Roll on TV Display

I have an ATI Rage 128 with TV OUT. The display is fine on a monitor, but as soon as I plug it into a TV using S-Video, the picture rolls. It rolls as soon as I turn on the computer..... Also, no color.

Tried different s video cable. Tried different TV with S-Video capabilities.

    Please help!

He means a standard RCA jack, you know the red yellow and white jacks that everyone has laying around the house somewhere.

Try Changing the refresh rate (Don't Laugh..) to 50Hz (as much as TV has to offer)
My all in wonder once had this problem.

i work with s video and production equiptment most of the day. i bought an all in wonder thinking that would give a fairly good display, it sometimes depends on the quality of the card. the AIW didnt perform that well with the professional grade equiptment. i ended up buying a $900 high grade video card...if your lucky, the change in frame rate might help. give it a try, but like i said, its most likely not gonna completely disappear.
