    Post SLOT 1 VS FC-PGA

My issue is I have a client who has a contract with us for systems with 733 Slot 1 CPU's, but my Purchase Agent can't find ready supplies of them any longer. Should I recomend to my client to change MB and CPU's to FC-PGA or should we use SLOCKET cards if we can dig up enough Slot 1's, and if so what Slocket cards, if any, for a Shuttle AV-61 MB do you like? I would like to use the FC-PGA CPU's but I have to convince my Boss and my client. Ideas on any of this?

I would just recommend going to the FC-PGA mother boards since the Slot I CPU's are getting harder to find.

    That's what I'd do too.
