    Question Backup software?

    We're curently using ArcServe 2000 as our back up software, and all in all I'm fairly happy with the results.
    The only issue I have is that it refuses to backup .xls and .doc files with password protection.
    I know backup exec has similar problems.
    Does anyone know of a fix/reason why this happens?

    I've never had that problem with BackupExec on Netware 5 or WinNT... <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
