Really Really Stumped!
Customer brought me thier computer, Normaly runs it on STAND BY, but for some reason it was getting harder to get out of Stand By, till it just wouldn't boot period! It powered up you could hear the HD but NO Video. Here's the computer info, MicroStar MS-6195 MB, AMD Anthon 650 CPU, Creative Labs CT6870 AGP Video Card, 128 Meg Ram, Sound Blaster Live Sound Card, 27 gig HD, 300W Power Supply.
Here's what I have done, I've tested the CPU & Video in another unit they function fine. I replace the MB with a Elements 771AS, 2 new 256 meg 168 pin PC-133 Ram, New Power Supply, and still CAN NOT GET ANY VIDEO!
I've made sure that the MB wasn't grounding out on the case, the only thing that i have left that I know of is the on/off switch!
ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!
Computers are like life, constantly changing, and without change we would become STAGNET

No Post beeps at all, Also all the fans work including the one on the video card, and you can hear the HD boot but the indicator light shows no activity, no matter which way I hook up the wires for it. Thanks!

Try going simple...remove all non-essential adapters (everything but the video), unplug hd, CD, and floppy data cables from the motherboard etc. You might also clear the CMOS to make sure there isn't a conflicting CPU setting in BIOS.

Ok, Everyone Thanks for all the help, Managed to get it resolved finally. One of the new sticks of memory was bad!
Computer runs fine now that I replace it!
Thanks again.
