IE History
When you type in an address to go to using IE, and all the places you have been starting with those letters are displayed in the address window, where are they stored on your computer? I dont mean the History or Temp internet files.
Thanks in advance.

I dont know where it is stored but you can turn it off if IE options. Its called AutoComplete. I think it might be in the index files under the cookies folder but ive never really pursued this.

I'm running IE5 and went to tools/internet options/clear history button at the bottom of the general window and that cleared my autocomplete history too. But I don't know where any of that info is actually held on the computer.

Thanks thirdfey,
I just found the auto complete function and enabled it for this workstation. The receptionist had turned it off, so I can't see where she has been. Now I need to find where it is all stored, so I can bust her a$$.
