Red face Supermicro P6sbu atx strange boot

I have mounted in a pc a P6SBU with only SCSI peripherals (Cd, Jaz & Hd). No Ide.
On boot the message is: pri master drive atapi incompatible.
Boot sequence in bios is floppy, scsi, disabled.
I tried to disable on board ide, but the result was that the mobo stops on the "wait..."
I have missed some settings? Pri ide is set on "auto".

All of your IDE devices should be set to "Disabled", not "Auto". The BIOS is trying to detect IDE devices that aren't there.
