After testing a few more things at home I determinied it was the power supply. I took the settup back to the shop I got it at. They first tested the board and it posted just fine. I then had them test it with the power supply that came in the case I bought from them and there was nothing. They gave me a new power supply and I was on my way, no questions asked, didnt even need to show a reciept. This is one of the reasons I buy most of my parts from local shops.
