    Post notebook hard drive adapter

lookin for an adapter that will let me plug in a notebook hard drive to a regular ide socket. Need it for easy data transfers when customers request it and when the notebooks die. I used to have on, 40pin Ide on one side, notebook sized one on the other side with a power connector. Unfortunatly it was custom made many moons ago by a tech that no longer works here (or even lives in the city for that matter)and has since been abused to death. Any leads as to where to find one would be appreciated.

You can get 'em at Fry's. Probably CompUSA and most mom 'n pop computer stores.
