[RESOLVED] Problems Creating Offline Address Book on Exchange Server

We have a Dell PowerEdge 2300 running NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 1.

The server is unable to generate an offline address book. If it is attempted manually, the error: An error occurred while attempting to generate the offline address book. ID No. C1031662.

When a query of the error number is done on Technet, three entries appear, but none of them give answer that help the problem.

Any suggestions?

I was able to find the help that I needed to fix this problem on Microsoft Technet after all.

Problem fixed.
