had one guy in the store - i want my system done now!! we finish it asap - but this was 2 months ago..and now he doesnt want his system, go figure

haven't had that problem but I've been rushed to get one done only to find out when I delivered it that the customer was leaving town for a week and my delivery was just holding him up!! What a guy huh? Talk about a lack of trust.

Charge for storage of their system. Some places say they are not responsible for stuff left over x number of days.
Unless you have an epidemic of abandoned machines, I wouldn't implement such a policy because you may lose customers who are annoyed at the storage charges...

Tell them Anything left over 30 days will be sold for cost of repairs. Unless special arangements are made. Also offer a faster turn around with a added charge of 20.00 for expidited service. Just like an auto mechanic. X
