i install a new modem (i tried different kinds of modems on several systems) on a computer without a modem,and after i install microsoft fax and after that i install office 97,microsoft outlook seems to be stuck for about 10 seconds and i cant send or recieve faxes within the outlook or within any other application.
i try to reinstall the modem and even reinstall office but no good.
if i install winfax for example , fax is alive and kickin'.
