zonealarm question
since i installed zonealarm no one can log into my ftp server. I have my server (serv-u in this case) cleared to act as a server and 'pass lock', but no one can log in. Is there a way in zonealarm to manually open the port that my ftp is on?

I think you need Zonealarm Pro to do that, it's one of the limitations that makes ZA free. I could be wrong, though...

Platypus is correct, not being to configure individual ports is one of the limitations of the free ZoneAlarm.
If you don't want to shell out any money for ZAPro, I recommend Tiny Personal Firewall instead. An excellent free personal firewall that lets you configure individual ports and should get you going again.
