Slower modem speed in ME????? Not MS problem

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! M$ is so full of it. I have had customer after customer complain that when the upgraded to ME, their modem speed "slowed down". Once ME was removed and WIN98 reinstated, the modem speed increased. In the below M$ "support" documentation that our Driver Guy was so kind to have on the home page, M$ basically blames every other possibility rather than ME. Brass ones if you ask me.
