This could be a corrupt file or may be on a bad sector, but I concur with geeksRus. Probably Nimda. Been cleaning it all week long. Do a search for *.eml files and if you see a ton you probably have it. Also check for your drives to be shared out to the world.
Run the tool then get a decent virus scanner and keep it up to date. You can get a free virus scanner at:
