Phoenix bios ver 4 release 6
Can these bios handle hard disk capacity greater than 8.4 Gb.
Can Win95 B OSR2 USB port be used for external USB hard disk.

I'll answer your second question. While Windows95b has USB support, it's not very good. I tried to get a simple USB mouse working on my Win95b work PC, and it just made a big mess. I was forced to use the PS/2 port (which isn't that big of a deal)
I'd advise you to upgrade to Win98SE for any decent USB support. Especially from a plug and play standpoint.
