is there any way of transferring entered data onto another machine with lotus???

Can you simply copy the .OR2 or .ORG file from one to the other? Another way to do it is with a palm pilot. Lotus Organizer has built in synchronization software for the palm pilot. You can synchronize the Organizer with the Palm Pilot on the first machine, then synchronize the palm pilot with the organizer on the second machine.
One word of advice, before you do either of these, if you have a sizeable calendar, you may want to archive it first. Archiving removes the entries pertaining to days prior to today, and cuts down on the size of the .ORG file.
