If you HAVE to pick one, I would take the 2, more space and almost = speed. But, you dont get the bragging rights of a 15,000rpm.

by the way I am not paying for this ( thank god ) my rich uncle is.
I would go for the larger drives and get a low cost ata100 to load the os onto 18 gig may sound adequate now but it is just to easy to fill something that small.
