    Like Scotty from StarTrek used to say "It will take me 4 weeks but I can have it for you in two" . Always overbid and always set your arrival time at 1/2 to 1 hour later than you know you can actually get there. It is funny how small things come up whe non the way to an appointment. If you show up a wee bit early, they will be ecstatic.
