So, maybe there is no problem except the drivers. I say this with one question in mind, do you think there is anything to gain as my AGP is interupt request 5 (under device manager devices by connection, resources) and my PCI is interupt request 9, furthermore my modem is 10 and my sound is 11; standard arrangement comm1 (4) and comm2 (3)modem. And not trying to be stupid or sound stupid, am I trying to get the PCI video into a lower interupt request position as the AGP video (5) or does it seem to be in the right place now, as it precedes the modem and the sound devices at this time. I have tried to switch the two as they are similar chips (had nothing to lose), but defaulted back as it corrected the mess that I was in at the time (essentially went back to 5 and 9, after I switched them).
