Voodoo 3500 TV Problems

Hey Gang......heres the scoop! I have a K7 Asus board running a 550 Athlon with 128 mg PC133 Voodoo 3500 Tv Video, Sound Blaster Live, Realtec Network Card, USR 56K Modem, Mitsumi Burner, Mitsumi DVD, 2-10.2 gig WD Harddrives, running Win98SE.

Anytime I try to run the TV box on my vid card I get an error saying that the media box is already in use by another device and cannot open. A thorough system check reveals no other programs using the media box. I have checked the 3DFX website for a fix and they say to download the latest drivers. I did with no change. Everything else works great. This is driving me nuts...........grrrrrrrrrrr. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The software company for the TV module has an update also, I believe it's TView 2.9. I've had the same problem twice with this card. However, the WebTV that comes with Windows 98 works just fine.
