    Post McAfee 4.5

    Has anyone seen this and come up with a patch besides disabling internet scanning. I know it was a known issue, but have not been able to find an actual fix for it yet. The PC is running Windows 2000 pc's with IE 6.0, McAfee 4.5.

    The Error I am getting is : Program Error
    Webscanx.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart your program. An Error log has been created.

    2 questions:
    a. what is the exact version? 4.5 or 4.5L?
    b. is the service pack applied (antivirus product service pack).
    I found many machines in which failing to install the AV Service pack makes lots of troubles.
