    Post Firewire HDD

    Hi All,
    Is anybody had exprience with putting External Firewire HDD?
    If so describe the Speed relating to IDE or SCSI.
    I already read the Specs. I need someones opinion on this.

    I hear from a friend that they are almost as fast as ATA100 IDE drives...slight difference, but not by much according to him. I personally can't vouch for it, but seems possible enough! Especially if the drive is a 7,200RPM...
