it looks like a bearded winking guy with a tophat and a necktie on.
i think furlong had a post about this too. it's probably just a flaw in the cgi script.

I've gotten the same thing to, it isn't screwing anything up so I have just overlooked it so far yet am still curious as to what it is.

I haven't seen or heard of this before. If it's intermittent, could it have something to do with the advertising banners?
