New Forum?

Maybe it would help the site if there was a forum in which all could view but only admins and Moderators can post, with Topics about news and rules and other such things.

I think it's an excellent Idea. Call it WinDrivers Info. Where we can post announcements, rules, news about the forums.

You could also use a hack called "UBBNews" and show the topics "grabbed" from the forum on the WinDrivers.com home page
