Resolved [RESOLVED] What happened to Windrivers.com

I have been a faithful user of WINDRIVERS.COM since it's inception. It has been informative, interactive, and useful (something many web sites are not). I say a blurb a couple of weeks back from the DriverGuy that indicated that he couldn't update the site. Then I saw another blurb about Service911.com maybe selling the site. Now there is nothing new on the site (to include updates) and no news updates since last week. Not even an announcement or informative blurb about the present WINDRIVERS.COM situation. Service911.com, this is unacceptable in todays "wired" world. You are hurting the good reputation that the DriverGuy (Scotty) built up and that takes time to build. You are ruining the property that is WINDRIVERS.COM!!!!!

I GUESS THE ANSWER IS RIGHT HERE

Service911 is an eSupport infrastructure services provider that helps companies reduce offline support costs, increase employee productivity, improve customer relationships, and better manage online relationships. Our comprehensive suite of Web-based support services is designed to provide real-time technical assistance for companies to support their customers and employees.

Our mission is to address one of the most significant obstacles facing e-commerce and Web-enabled "brick and mortar" businesses and organizations today: how-to provide real-time, cost-effective employee, customer, and member support that enables companies to focus on their core competencies.

Service911 delivers support solutions through a unique (patent pending) technology called a "Webskin". A Webskin is a service delivery platform that can be rapidly deployed and easily upgraded, while being transparently integrated into your existing online environment. No people to hire, no hardware to install, no custom programming, and no additional software to purchase. Just customized tech support without the hassle.

    Cool

    DriverGuy,
If you have a chance, can you post something on what happened to the site and your access last week.

PS - If not, it is still great to have you back.
