Duplicate Posts
One more time...I really get tired of taking the time to answer a question and then finding a second thread where others have already done the same. Could there maybe be some kind of big flashing warning sign that comes up when someone chooses "post a new topic?"

I hate when I repeat myself especially when I don't know that I don't realize I am repeating myself in a constant and never ending cycle that never stops but even worse is when I say the same thing 10 different ways.

Ok, I've upgraded to the latest version of the forums and made a mod so that users can't post the same message twice in a row by hitting the submit buton eight times, it won't let you. I can't stop users from posting the same message in multple forums at the moment though. Hope this helps!!

I hear ya! I have accepted that there is nothing I can do about it and b*tching won't help. All I can offer is what I do and that is to pay closer attention to the poster name and its usually the rookies that do the multiple posts, so if I see similar posts I just dont answer them.
