    Smile Microsoft BackOffice Forum

    Hi All,

First off i just want to point out the WinDrivers Forums are absolutely the best tech site on the Internet. A great place to make friends and find solutions.

Could we have like a Microsoft BackOffice Forum that covers stuff like Exchange,SQL Server, Systems Management Server, Small Business Server etc.

I am using these products alot more and would really apreciate it if there was a specific forum for these to nut out problems and pass on solution to other members.

    Hi Sowulo,

I realise that but, if we could have seperate one for networking and backoffice i think that it would be more logical to have them seperate.

Networking in my opinion is what backoffice runs on and should be it's only topic

Yeah, I appreciate your distinction, considered it myself but we can also get so involved in specializing forums that we could easily lose track of the connections between subjects. If you look you would see that I haven't posted much in the Networking forum. As an independent, I deal primarily with individuals and small businesses who don't need a full-time IS department so I leave most of the problems there to others who have much more vigorous experiences in the area. I don't claim to be the "Tech God of Networking" by any means. But I do know that many of the server issues that arise are often related to the network configurations themselves and thus I thought they should stay together. Now this was just one man's opinion....those of you who have to live and breathe this stuff are more than welcome to make your point. I know that if you make a good argument, DriverGuy will at least give it consideration--it is after all, his call, not mine.

    Hi Sowulo

    Appreciate your point.

Hopefully, the time will come soon when this happens.

    Nice talking to you.
