Lookin for a baybus
Anyone know of any good ones out there? I need to power three fans and a neon light, so I need at least four switches.
I'd also be interested in building one if they aren't a big pain to assemble.
I see pcmods.com has one for $20. Sounds like a deal to me. Any input?

You just need 4 switches right? Go down to Radio Shack or wherever, buy 4 switches and put them in anold drive bay cover. Adding variable resistors to slow fans and status LED's ain't a lot more difficult.

I'd like them to be high-low-off, that's what I'm not sure about.
Just add a resistor to the low position or what?

www.sidewindercomputers.com has fans with adustable speed, and a grill for $11.00 (80mm), or you can get a rocker switch, (3 way switch) for the settings you want. A couple of suggestions.

I would definately recommend going with the one from PCMODS.com as it is really hard to build a baybus such as that for under $20. Once you figure in wiring, switches, leds, resistors and the time spent it's a really good deal to just buy it. Also, if you are interested in making your own, virtual-hideout.net has a good tutorial at the link below.
