    Post OnBoard Temperature Sensors

    Summers on the way and im playing with cooling for yet anoter time.
    Im trying to locate the temperatures sensor(s) on the board. The CPU one is, well obvious but im looking for the sensor that reports 'system temperature'. The board im using is a gigabyte GA-7IXE4. Any ideas on how I will find it or where it may be located!

    Examines his GA-71XE4...hmm...the sensor's location is not at all obvious (unless I'm going blind). The thermistors are often a bead encapsulation, but on this board maybe one of the little SMC (Surface Mount Component) chips scattered about.

    Having cooling difficulties? What do you have in mind with the sensor?
