Post TDK 24X for your customers

Now I don't know if they still are but didn't TDK and Plextor use to be the same CDR's? I just got the TDK 24/10/40 in retail box form and was impressed with the packing. The burner comes with an instructional VHS video on how to install and use it, a couple blank CDRs and CDRW like they all do and a marker to write on the CD which I thought was nice of them. I'm not sure how the plextor is packaged but the TDK was only $150 with all this stuff retail. Not a bad deal at the same time.

I don't think that they are the same drives anymore but the technology is the same. They are both licensed to use BurnPROOF & the Sanyo engine. Also the Plextor has 4Mb of Buffer memory compared to the VeloCD24 having 2Mb.
