266 fsb
I want to know can I run a 266 mhz fsb athlon in my 133 tyan motherboard?
I know it would only run 133 fsb, but will it actually work and run the rated speed?

hey, download WCPUID <a href="http://"ftp://ftp.3dnews.ru/pub/www.3dnews.ru/tools/system/wcpu30c.exe"" target="_blank">here</a> If it has a FSB on there that says "266.67" on mine and DDR... the Athlon Motherboards are set to 133, but habe *DoubleDataRate* (A.k.a DDR)
hope this helped

The 266 Athlons are engineered to run on 133 motherboards - there is no *real* 266mhz fsb. It should work fine!
