I have whined about this issues in different posts, but I finally got it fixed! YES! Woo Hoo.

I couldnt get my AGP port to run in X2 mode...no matter how much fiddling, researching, and whining i did.

I then came across a little GeForce Utility on Guru3D website. I D/Ld it for free. Then I checked a little box that forced X2 on Irongate chipsets. I ran my WinFox utility and...viola!...X2 AGP. And my Quake II timerefreshes went from 60fps to 240fps.

It seems that there is an "obscure" little key that needs to be installed in the registry. AND YES..It is related to the Irongate problem of instability.

I know this isnt cutting edge fps..but, I dont care.
