Help and guidance External CDR
I am trying to install my external CD drive but I keep getting the error
message "unable to locate NT Port Driver" Can anyone tell me what this
means and how do I cure it. I am running Windows ME on my lap top and want to use the external CDR to load applications.
I have used CDBlazer as software but I get the error message that the ATAP/IDE Parallel Port Host Aadapter is not working properly. I have tried reinstalling the CDBlazer application severl times with no success.
I have checked the CDR by using it on another computer and there is no problem with it.
Any help would be appreciated
Keith

Make sure your Parallel Port is enable for Bi-Directional support in the BIOS.
