Question unexpected reboots on Windows 2000

Often after running several app's when I click on the DUN icon to launch IE5, the PC will simply reboot for no reason. I'm using a TYAN MB, AMD K6 3-400, 128 MB RAM. If I do not open the other app's, then I can usually go 15~20 log ons via DUN. This one has me baffled unless my modem is causing a memory/hardware conflict after I run Word 2000 for example. Any ideas?

like you said - sounds like a memory adressing problem. try changing that to something else (check bios too for some of the settings)
