I just got a brochure from Gateway in the mail with three different learing formats: Web-Based, Computer-Based, and Classroom-Based.

The classes range from IT Foundatoins (Introduction to Networking Technology) for $299, IT Network Technician (Fundamentals of Hardware, Operating Systems, Servers, and Networking) for $799, IT Network Administrator (Microsoft Windows, Novell NetWare, and Cisco) for $999, and IT Network Engineer (Microsoft Windows, and Novell NetWare) for $1,199. There are also combinations of the classes: IT Network Technician and IT Network Administrator for $1,648 and IT Network Tech, IT Network Admin, and IT Network Engineer for $2,697.

I already have a CNA for NetWare 4.11, but no certs for Microsoft or for later versoins of NetWare. I'm planning on getting my Net+ sometime before summer and my CCNA sometime before the end of the year.

Do any of these courses seem like a good idea? I'm thinking that I might be able to convince the the company I work for to pay for at least the Network Admin course and possibly both the Network Admin and Network Engineer courses. I'm very sure that the company wouldn't pay for actual Microsoft classes (at least not any that would be worth anything), and I'm too short on money to pay for the classes myself.
