    Resolved [RESOLVED] Works 2000 (vers5) and Word2000 Docs

    Everytime I open a word 2000 document using works 2000 I get mswrd832.cnv error. I CAN open the .doc file in word 2000 but not in Works 2000. I also tried this on 2 other machines running works 2000 and I get the exact same error! URGH! This is not my machine (I know you can just save the word2000 document as something else but my customer won't accept that). He wants it to work. (Pffft...i hate software!...especially microsoft). Help ME PEASE!
