    Exclamation PowerPoint error message

    I have a user who is using Office 95 and attempted to open an attachment by double clicking and gets a message "Sorry the path or file name is invalid". The user is able to open PowerPoint and is able to open the presentation by doing a File, Open. Any suggestion?
