Install Probs
How do I install a cdr, keeping my cdrom. I have a spare power cable but I don`t have a spare IDE cable or slot. The instructions that came with the cdr were next to useless.

Intel Mod
If you have more IDE devices than you have available IDE channels, you will need to get an extra IDE board to plug into a motherboard slot.
If you give us more information on your system we can be more specific with advice, but manufacturers like Promise make multi-channel IDE cards that plug into a PCI slot.
If your system is older with only one existing IDE connector, there would be a cheaper way to do it using a second-hand ISA or PCI I/O board. Post again if you'd like more detailed info.
