programs launching when win2k starts

Hi every1, I got a question regarding programs sitting on the bottom right corner, how do u remove them from launching when win2k starts?
In win9x, i use msconfig.exe -> startup to remove programs that launches when window starts.

there is a reg key you need to delete them from.

clear out the unwanted keys(be careful here..this is the registry after all).

You can also just copy the msconfig.exe from a win98 machine and put it on W2K. I think you'll need to click 'ok' twice once you put it on and it works just the same on W2K as in Win98.
