Inserting CD causes 'bad pool caller' error
On Windows 2000 Pro, with sp2 using a Plexwriter 12/10/32a drive with newest firmware, inserting a CD causes Windows to reboot, with a blue screen saying 'bad pool caller'. This only happens when inserting CD-r and CD-rw discs, but not when inserting a commericially burnt disk (ie: my Windows CD).
any one know of a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.

Do you have UDF packet writing software installed that starts upon bootup? If so disable it and see if the same happens then.

I'm not postive, if its installed as part of the windows drivers for the drive then yes, else probaly not. I'll check tommorow when I'm at work.
Thanks.
